  1. Sign up using the orange button below. Upon approval, you will be granted access to your Affiliate Area.
  2. View and copy your unique affiliate link for general reference to Phipower.org.
  3. Create your own affiliate links to specific products on Phipower.org for targeted promotion.
  4. Share your link(s) via X, LinkedIn, Facebook, email, QR code, TikTok, Instagram or your own website.
  5. Automatically earn 15% commission on purchases attributed to you.

In your Affiliate Area, you can share your link(s) directly to Facebook, LinkedIn, X, by email and even as a QR code.

Important conditions (summary)

  • Commission type: percentage (15%).
  • Basic: commission is calculated excluding shipping.
  • Hold period: 21 days (e.g., due to return periods).
  • Cancelled/refunded orders: unpaid referrals will be rejected.
  • Referrals with total amount €0: ignored.

Phipower Affiliate Terms and Conditions
By joining the Phipower Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

1. Participation & approval

  • Anyone can register as an affiliate through the registration form.
  • Accounts are reviewed manually; only after approval can you earn commission.
  • Phipower reserves the right to refuse applications or terminate accounts for abusive or misleading promotion.

2. Committees

  • Standard commission: 15% of the net order amount (excluding shipping).
  • The commission is awarded to the last affiliate who referred the customer.
  • Referrals with a total amount of €0 will be ignored.
  • Cancelled or refunded orders will result in rejection of unpaid commissions.
  • There is a 21-day hold period before commissions are released.

3. Cookies & tracking

  • The tracking cookie is valid for 30 days.
  • A visitor who orders through your referral link within that timeframe earns you commission.

4. Disbursements

  • Disbursements are made after commissions are approved and the hold period has expired.
  • Payouts are made via the method you specify (e.g., bank account or PayPal).
  • Minimum payout amount and frequency may vary from period to period and are listed in the Affiliate Area.

5. Promotion Rules

  • You may promote via your own website, social media, email or QR code, as long as it is honest and non-misleading.
  • Do not use unauthorized paid advertising with our brand name or domain (such as Google Ads on “Phipower”).
  • Spam, abuse or deception will result in immediate termination.

6. Termination & modification

  • Phipower may modify the affiliate program or these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Upon termination, commissions already approved remain payable unless fraud has been committed.

7. Liability

Phipower is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue or delays in tracking or disbursement caused by third-party technical failures.
