Phipower is based in the Netherlands and we ship our products worldwide.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the size, weight and destination of your order. These costs are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout, once you enter the destination country. For some products and destinations, no shipping costs are applicable.

Average shipping costs per country (indication within the EU)

  • Netherlands: € 0

  • Belgium: €0

  • Germany, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Italy, Austria, Portugal, Spain, Sweden: €9.50 – 19.50 (excl. taxes)

  • Other countries within the European Union: €19.50 – 29.50 (excluding taxes)

Average delivery times (indication within the EU)

  • Netherlands, Belgium: 1 business day

  • Germany, Denmark, France, Italy, Austria, Sweden: 2 – 5 working days

  • England: 5 – 7 working days

  • Portugal, Spain, Finland: 3 – 6 working days

  • Other EU countries: 5 – 12 working days

Import duties do not apply to countries within the European Union.

Shipping outside the EU

We also ship to countries outside the European Union. Please note that local taxes, import duties or customs fees may apply. These are always the responsibility of the recipient. The exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund (minus our shipping costs) or exchange the product for another, similar or not. You can return a product up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.

Steps to take for return:
1) fill out the return form below with your name, order number, email address and reason for return and click send. You will receive the return form in your mailbox.

2) print out the return form (which you received by email) and return it along with the product (properly and securely packed in the original packaging and outer box) to the following address:
